What We Do
Perigon Energy Solutions works exclusively with golf resorts, private clubs, hospitality properties, automotive facilities, and commercial properties. Our engagements are built around a single goal: measurable, documented improvement in your energy position — lower costs, stronger infrastructure, and a clear path to regulatory compliance.
Energy Performance Assessments
Every engagement begins with a rigorous, data-driven assessment of your facility's energy position. We request 12 months of utility interval data for electricity, gas, and water across every account and meter on your property — then build a complete picture of consumption patterns, demand peaks, rate structure exposure, and cost drivers. The output is a prioritized opportunity map: which systems to address first, what the financial impact looks like, and what incentives are available to offset costs.
Incentives, Rebates & Tax Advisory
The incentive landscape for energy efficiency and electrification has never been more significant — or more complex. The Inflation Reduction Act created or expanded dozens of tax credits and direct pay provisions. CPUC programs, CARB incentive funding, and utility-specific rebate programs layer on top of federal benefits. We identify every applicable incentive before a project begins, structure the engagement to maximize capture, and coordinate with your tax advisors on IRA provisions. The goal is to minimize your net out-of-pocket cost before any financing discussion begins.
Ready to get started?
The first step is completing our New Client Intake — a brief information request that lets us pull your utility data and begin building your facility's energy profile.
Infrastructure Upgrades & Efficiency Improvements
The largest energy cost reductions typically come from upgrading the physical infrastructure that runs continuously — HVAC systems, lighting, chiller plants, building controls, and electrical distribution. These systems are often 15–25 years old at the time of a Perigon engagement, operating far below their potential efficiency. We manage the full scope: system design, contractor coordination, utility rebate paperwork, and performance verification after installation. We don't hand you a report and walk away.
Renewable Energy Integration
Solar PV and battery storage are now financially viable for virtually any large commercial facility — but the economics depend heavily on your utility rate structure, load profile, roof or ground-mount area, and local incentive environment. Perigon sizes and structures solar engagements around your actual utility data. We handle interconnection, net metering enrollment, incentive capture, and ongoing performance monitoring — and we track results against projections monthly.
